Shipping Policy

At NovorikX, we are committed to providing a simple, transparent and hassle-free shopping experience. All orders benefit from free delivery, with no minimum purchase.

The prices displayed on our website include all taxes, including applicable VAT.

Delivery methods

Express delivery: Colissimo, Chronopost, DPD, UPS, DHL or any other local carrier available depending on your delivery address.

Carrier delivery: for bulky or heavy items, delivery can be made by specialized carrier, messenger, pallet delivery or transport with appointment.

Order cut-off time

The order processing cut-off time is 2:00 PM, Paris time, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed after this time will generally be processed on the next business day.

Business days

Our orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

No collection or shipment is made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Processing time

All orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Delivery times

We work with reliable carriers to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible.

Delivery times may vary depending on your address, the selected carrier and the nature of the product ordered. In general, you can receive your order within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.

For some remote areas, islands, Corsica or deliveries by specialized carrier, the delivery time may be longer.

Delivery area

The official NovorikX website supports delivery to most regions of metropolitan France.

We do not currently deliver to certain remote areas, overseas territories or areas subject to logistical restrictions, including:

  2. Martinique
  3. French Guiana
  4. Réunion
  5. Mayotte
  6. Saint Martin
  7. Saint Barthélemy
  8. Saint Pierre and Miquelon
  9. New Caledonia
  10. French Polynesia
  11. Wallis and Futuna
  12. French Southern and Antarctic Lands
  13. Post office boxes, relay points or automated lockers for bulky items or items shipped by specialized carrier

International delivery

Currently, the French NovorikX website only supports delivery in metropolitan France.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost, damaged during transport or if you notice a problem upon receipt, please contact us as soon as possible at:

support@novorikx.com

We will assist you in assessing the situation and finding an appropriate solution.

When necessary, please keep the original packaging, shipping labels and any photos showing the condition of the package or product received.

Warehouse

Orders are shipped from our warehouse available for your region, unless otherwise indicated on the product page or in the order confirmation.

Delivery delays

NovorikX makes every effort to meet the indicated delivery times. However, some delays may occur due to events beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, transport strikes, logistical disruptions, customs controls or any other case of force majeure.
